Alright, I think I over exercise.
Gym on friday, body combat class on tues, forest adventure on wednesday and yesterday yoga class!

Was there during Hari Raya public holiday with my ex skylace colleagues.
It was fun esp the flying fox across the reservoir!! Nice views and scenery! Luckily nice weather that day, very cooling!
Other than that, all the course are pretty fun but not as challenging as I thought.
Hmm.. dun think i will go again for $28 per pax!! Unless they have more challenging obstacles coming up!
